Fortunately, JC, from chiptech.com got someone to translate part of the article. Here is what he has at his page: "Winstone 98, Winbench 98 and 3D Winbench 98
were used to compare the performance of K6-3 400 against PII 450 and K6-3 400
beats PII 450 in all application, except the CAD application which is very FPU
intensive. the article also says that Sharptooth will start shipping this year meaning
end of the year"
