Not much going on. There is news of another law office filing another class action law suit, making three class action law suits claiming the same thing. Maybe there will be a class action of class action law suits. Some district court judge will eventually decide who will represent the class and will consolidate them. Otherwise, price is level and vol is low. Seems to me that the market and present shareholders are waiting for something to happen. The timid, followers and others unfamiliar with RXSD have left leaving only the confident and fundamentalists to hold the bag, so to speak. I suspect that we're in for a period of accumulation, then a sudden rise in stock price as the fundamentals overwhelm any fears and irrational thoughts regarding management. Joe.
