Martin,

you state:

"Also remember that people like Bruss are paid for their support. They are PR. There is nothing wrong with what they do. You just have to know what their role is."

I beg to differ. There is something wron with what Bruss does, and there is something wrong with a company that would hire someone like Bruss to hype their company. Bruss implies in his "Futurestock" e-mail that this is a monthly selection based on facts and extensive research. At the end of his dissertation he states:

" The Editor, members of the Editor's family and/or entities with which they are affiliated may own stock of or have other financial dealings with the companies reviewed in this publication. Such persons and affiliates may act as consultants to certain of such companies, and may receive compensation for promotional or public relations services to such companies. All claims should be verified by the reader. Investing in securities is speculative and carries a high degree of risk."

I asked Mr. Bruss if he got paid for promoting Say Yes Foods (MILK), another of his "selections". The following was his reply:

"Hello Gil:

We are absolutely not paid by any company to recommend their stock. That would be a major conflict of interest. We turn away over 95% of the companies that come to us so that we can truely pick the one that we feel will double to triple.

Thanks,

Jeff Bruss
President"

You can easily read between the lines.

My point is simply this. IMHO one should seriously question the ethical standards of any company that would take on the likes of Bruss to promote their company and stock.

My tendency would be to specifically stay away from any such stock.

Incidentally I do not now own nor have I ever owned any of this stock nor do I have any interest in this stock.

Gil
