AR on Yahoo claims that 'another' takeover offer for ANCR has come in the form of what I would interpret as 0.1 share of the taking co. for each share of ANCR, and also tha this is double the prior offer. Was the rumor of the prior offer around $4 or 5? So that would make this around $8 or10? Anyone know of any hot FC/network companies trading around $80-100 if you can follow the math? This is strictly my guess at interpreting what is clearly described as a rumor on the Yahoo board.
