Well the past 1400 posts would have answered this question 10 times over but here is the low down. For real time quotes with no delay and market depth - either Canada Stockwatch ($100/month) or PCQuotes ($500/month). Neither give open interest on all equities because this information is not avaliable Brokers in Canada do not live up to the U.S standards(calm down Chief). It is still a debate who is the fastest but TD Greenline is not even in the running. You probably want to try out E-trade Canada or Priority Brokers. Although you may get lucky and get a quick 10 second fill with these brokers you still need to be careful because you never know when they are going to decide to take 10 minutes to get your trade through.
