Can anyone answer this simple question? If ERICY, as reported, does not need QCOM's IPRs for their 3g proposed W-CDMA, why is there any discussion at all? Why doesn't ERICY just sell it (W-CDMA) to their existing customer base. One of ERICY's employees went as far to describe the situation as "blackmail" on the part of QCOM. How can QCOM "blackmail" another company over something(IPRs) they supposedly don't need? Remember what Warren Buffet once said, "If your in a poker game for fifteen minutes and you still don't know who the patsy is, your the patsy".
