This is a matter called 'specific performance.' It is usually applied to cases where the performance of an action (in this case, return of the stock) would provide the relief sought by the plaintiff and that a monetary amount, such as the amount involved in the breach would not provide.

Now why don't you tell us why specific performance does not apply in this instance and -- even if it did -- would be highly improbable to be granted.
