janice we talk about this 2 million shares many many times. ok again. stock was issued to shoreline & whitecliff under hold with legend restriction not released. andy mann writes bogous opinion letter to ta to get legend lifted. aznt discovers this & fires ta. of course you claim ta resigned but ta was fired for this act. andy mann illegally gets stock he never pay for. ok? spider
