Steve, I saw your comment on the Mycogen board. Ecoscience looks very interesting, especially its termite product. However, I am concerned about a couple of items in the 10K EDGAR filing. I'm wondering if you could comment on them. The first is that current liabilities appear to exceed current assets by a small amount. Second, cash flow from operations is negative. You are much more familiar with the company than I, and I wonder if you know of pending factors that mitigate these negatives. Thanks! Dan Jones
