Please go back to that prior post though and refer to the link and the discussion of leveraged Internet sector companies being the norm.

So in this case we have the debentures, whereas if this were on the big boards we'd have a secondary offering or an inflated IPO, where conservative standards of valuation and debt aren't applicable.
