Ken, I saw that BW article too. 180-220 *Average* P/E?! Yow!

I'd like to throw out another name definitely worth checking out -
Datawatch (DWCH). I bought last Oct. based on their business
prospects at 4 7/8 and of course am pleased by their recent
runup to ~7. Their help desk product is Q-Support (a/k/a Quetzal
in Europe). They got the product by acquiring Workgroup Systems,
a UK company, which already has ~2,000 installations worldwide.
Acc'g to DWCH 1995 annual report, "Ovum Group" rated Q-Support
#1 for usability & was Editor Choice by Call Center magazine.

I bought DWCH based on strong confidence in their flagship product,
Monarch for Windows, which lets you query/sort/download data from
any system-generated report. But help desk niche looks promising indeed.
Also has products in antivirus and N/W mgt niches.

IMHO if you like these areas but think McAffee and
others are a little rich now, check out DWCH. Of course do your own
due diligence - see prnewswire.com for their press releases.

Any other DWCH fans out there?
Mike
My opinions *only*.
