Off topic, BUT more on topic than most people here! At least I'm talking about stocks and not seeing who can piss farther then whomever.

I am trying to get some info on the S-1 just filed (Nov. 18th) by XOOM.COM Inc. I don't have access to Edgar anymore ($$).

With the IPO market as hot as it's been, I want to jump on this one. They say this one will be hotter then Ebay and EarthWeb.

I called Bear, Stearns, & Co and they blew me off like I was a piece of crap floating in their pool at a pool party. "I'm sorry sir, but if your not an established client with several million dollars we can't help you, but we can send you the prospectus."

I hate the rich. The rich get richer and folks like us just have to watch. I'm wanting to get into the private offering before the IPO. Those that do, usually make an instant 15 or 20% at the opening price. I wish I could form a group that could gather up $2 or $3 million and hopefully have some inside connection with Bear, Stearns, Inc.

If possible, e-mail me the S-1 or post it for me.

I would like to put $20K on it. My friend wants to put $60K down.

Thanks in advance, Jeff
