Dave, It looks like a forcing stratagem to me, Well the bank wants to pay $3 million for our share and you have first right of refusal. In effect the bank is waiving the debt of $3 million and will now have the 51% share if MGR approves? I do not know if the laws cab be abused this way. On the open market the MAC share is worth a fraction. Do they also wish to not pay what MAC owes MGR? It looks like the bak in buying the share also buys the MAC obligation to MGR.
As you say banks are slow.
