I agree that Kendall did not have an impressive arsenal to nail Starr with. But that's because there isn't one.
I, personally, have never before witnessed two lawyers square off for an hour without ever allowing animosity or other negative emotion to show, in their face, voice, gesture or eyes. That was a first, for me. Also, neither of them allowed himself to show impatience, tension, nervousness or any other weakening emotion. It was a tour de force, I assure you. Bill Gates, the richest man in the United States, doesn't have as good a lawyer, at least not that I have seen.
