The house of cards will come crashing down - I guess facing the possibility of lawsuits is worth it if you are an insider like Bezos who has sold a few hundred thousand shares recently. A few hundred million in exchange for a few days in depositions isn't such a bad deal if you don't mind scamming the speculators.
