I don't have any specific questions to offer you, just some food for thought. Formulate your questions or concerns which focus on the long-term health and growth of Pacel. It is important for you and any one else who speaks with Caulkins to represent yourself as a long term INVESTOR rather than a speculator. Sure there are many people, some on this thread, who are simply looking for a quick hit with PLRP. That's fine. However, these are the people that Caulkins cares about the least! Here's why. Caulkins is a very articulate, intelligent and savvy businessman. He understands that it is all part of the game to deal with, firsthand, every shareholder that wants to speak with him. He is practicing good PR by allowing you to meet with him face to face. I can assure you that he is looking forward to the day when he no longer has time for such a meeting. Please do not take this personally. This is all part of life as a BB stock. There are many reasons why Caulkins is striving to meet the requirements of a reporting company. One reason is that he will no longer have to wear as many hats. He can focus on a few items, most importantly, growing his company. I am sure Caulkins had an idea as to what he was getting himself into, once he brought his company public. However, he could not have known how critical and petty some of his shareholders can be. These are the people who expected to be in & out by Christmas. These people do not truly believe in Caulkins or his product. Like I said, Caulkins has very little regard for these shareholders. Demonstrate your long-term concern for PLRP and I'm sure Caulkins will tell you more than you wanted to hear. Good luck.
