Elizabeth, you may guess at my experience in investing and make all the shots you chose if it will help you make my previous posts seem niave. I don't care what you guess I am.

I could make a lot of guesses about you, but who cares?

My point is simple. NCII will not get anymore of my money until they prove that they can manage their company and, especially stop diluting current shareholders' value.

Mr. Norris is very creative. He is also getting rich while his investors are become more poor every time he increases the shares outstanding.

Think about it, whether the stock price goes up or down he will get paid a salary from each of his three net loss companies. And if the price goes up he can convert his warrants at a low price.

To me it is simple,NCII is in trouble AGAIN and the shareholders are expected to come save the day.

Why doesn't rich Mr. Norris give NCII a loan. Surely, he is confident that the company will do well enough in the future to pay him back with interest.

To those of you who have not purchased this stock, but believe that this company has potential, I urge you not to buy this stock above $.03.

To those of you who bought this stock for more than $.03 and plan to vote yes to increasing authorized shares, I say you will see your stock price drop to $.03; and you are more patient and forgiving than most.

Since I am an investor in this company, I hope I am wrong.
