Aren't these the same people (Merrill, Prudential, AG Edwards, Schwabb) that kept their people out of the Bull Market for the last eight years because they thought it wouldn't last? Yeah these people really know that their doing.

I get what's called "Activity Reviews" from Merrill every three months because they have deemed my account to have too much activity! As much as I have paid those B*stards this year they should be offering me a cruise.

I heard the other day on CNBC (Fear Channel) that Merrill and Schwabb have not entered the on-line discount brokerage service because they were not sure how to charge to the same over inflated commissions they do now. Example: Sell or Buy 1000 shares Dell @ 64 = $600 commission.
Buy 30 contracts of Dell Calls for $460 then sell for $493, so that on the average you make 5 Grand and they make 1 Grand. And don't forget the 10% on margins.

I use several brokers and Merrill is the lamest. After I make a kill the broker tries to toot her horn "We did well for you, didn't we?" Once I got tired of her sh*t and pretty much told her how worthless her and the company were. So if you like to see your broker cry use Merrill!
