btw, if OAKT's offer is rejected by the board, and I expect it too, the board should also seek Tsang's resignation. Staying on after his self-serving buyout was rejected is clearly not in the shareholders best interests. The have a fiduciary responsibility to the shareholders to do this. Tsang should have been replaced long ago but his recent actions should have removed all doubt.
