FYI...

Response from Robert Putnam. For what its worth, NCII recently
has acquired Intel,Lucent as new business partners. They have a
big contract with Lanier. Work with ADAMLAB and apparantly others
on the way. Although the numbers don't lie. Do you see any other
6 cent stock with this type of caliber team(relationships). To me Lucent,Intel,Lanier can't all be wrong. I still am amazed that this stock is still around 6. One day, This baby will be gone. These companies alone should remind the investor what potential NCII actually has. Its your money. But the upside potential is extremely high compared to the downside. JMO

Hi, Scott,

We expect to have news and shareholder materials out on the company before
the end of this month and in December. Tooling and parts procurement are
well underway on the Lanier project with production scheduled to begin in
early 1999. We are also working on our Intel project and have received
first funding from them. We are scheduling our Annual Shareholder's Meeting
for early January. As soon as the SEC has reviewed and approved our proxy
statement we will post the time and place of the meeting.
