I'm not sure I can add much about ASML's prospects in EUV other than to state the obvious, which is that their large market share would help them in selling to many existing customers, provided they are competitive of course. I'm curious, why would an EUV scanner be required to use primarily or entirely reflective optics? On another note, Semiconductor Business News has an article on ASML's 193nm scanner in R&D use: semibiznews.com
