Thank you for your concern about my money. I have bought AOL on dips and have sold on numerous occasions at a profit. I am over all long on this company for all of the reasons that I have stated before.

Since I am so slow, (I guess I became a physician based upon my good looks) and because I am an "owner" of AOL as you like to refer to me as, I will directly answer your question. Yes, you are having problems with the service(i.e. logging in difficulties) because AOL is growing too fast. As are many other people. The company is not perfect; few are. These problems are being addressed; maybe not fast enough for some and yes AOL will lose some subscribers because of this.
If you are having a problem with a certain service representative, then I suggest you speak to a different one.
If you don't like AOL's access because its always busy, then get your own ISP and pay just 9.95 a month if you like AOL's content or "community-like" feel which is, IMHO, absent on the Internet.

I will say it again. AOL is positioned to be a visionary company in the information age. You have to realize that AOL is going through a period of explosive growth. When I first started my trading account with E*Trade, their service wasn't the best, but I stuck with them because I believe in their overall market strategy and position. They are adding 10% more customers per month! They are having service problems too (surprise).
All I can say is if you don't like the company, are fed up with not being able to log in, or don't like any of the services they provide, take your dollars elsewhere. I realize you can't make everyone happy all the time. Good luck with your money and your investing. I have to back to eating my shi*!
