Rick-- It sounds like we share common interests in DRIP programs, time horizons, maybe strategies (never sell... well, almost never). And I really gotta agree with ya that paying small charges for all the misc. stuff ruins a good idea. I have a couple small investments which have DRIP programs and I'm NOT enrolled because of their fees. On the opposite side of the coin... I like the 5% premium bonus with Merry Land REIT (MRY) and Questar (STR). Good companies+ good DRIP programs= one preety good strategy. Regards, Paul
