Dennis,

Along with the other technical issues I mentioned previously, I feel that if Europe tops out around here, the liklihood is that they will retest their lows, since they are still in a bear market rally, producing LOWER HIGHS & LOWER LOWS.

Now if they do retest their lows, Im not saying that our market will retest our lows, but it will be a strong obstacle for the our markets to set significant NEW HIGHS.
