You know, Burkhard was probably the type of kid who triumphantly paraded around his neighbourhood telling other kids that there was no Santa Claus. I agree Paul - The legal system is such that the predictability of a court action is uncertain, and with so many contentious issues involved in the E-Data suits, it could go either way on many points. As Mel has said in the past, it doesn't even require a 100% victory for E-Data to reap rewards from their suits. And the risk vs reward scenario is quite attractive for this low priced stock - it's kind of hard not to buy a few tickets for the rollercoaster ride. Regards Durro
