Yeah.... my recollection is that it rarely happens however the degree of flagrency at least somewhat determines the award.... Lets hope the courts set an example so cos. will think twice.... I understand they can nullify the profits of those insiders that made a killing... Your thoughts... Whats sad about this is I believe that if they pursued their internet strategy they would have made a killing.... Good luck on your investments.....
