Options expire today.

This month is totally different than the last 3 to 4 months.
We always had a huge open interest on both puts and calls (on the expiration month), but the holders would roll them out to the next month.
But this time around they are not rolling out and they are not closing their positions. They are happy for some one to take their shares at $5 (2.2 Millions of them).

So we will have a new set of buyers at $5. It will be interesting to see how they are going to play this. My guess is these guys are a short term traders and would sell quickly into any rally.

The open interest on put side is dying (not much activity for the next 3 months) which is good, means people are not as bearish anymore and are playing somewhere else.
But the call option is not under the fire either, which suggests the expectations are the stock will be in a close trading range.

My personal feeling is we will go to above 6 to 6.5 by the next 2 weeks, and we have to wait for a good news to break the 200 day moving average of 6 3/4.
