Thread / Circular Has anyone followed the question of the creation of a new class of non-voting shares, as outlined in the circular? It seems to be a means by which to accommodate Brookfield without incurring tax charges, but I don't really understand. Can anyone explain, in English, what this is about, and what are the implications for holders of commons? TIA.
