TOPLESS EX WISHES RODMAN WELL

By RICHARD JOHNSON and WILLIAM NEUMAN

Dennis Rodman's ex-girlfriend hopes he'll be happy with new wife Carmen Electra - no matter how briefly the marriage lasts. Stacey Yarborough, a buxom blonde from Dallas who dances topless at Scores, told The Post: "The only comment that I want to make is that, of course, I have feelings for Dennis. I'll always have feelings for Dennis. I wish him the best. I want him to be happy - even if it's not with me."

But Yarborough, one of the top earners at the East 60th Street mammary mecca, wouldn't speculate on the odds of the couple's living happily ever after. "I couldn't even begin to guess what they are up to," she said. "I think [Carmen's] perfect for him. They're good together. She
seems to be as crazy as he is."

Yesterday at least, the blushing bride was all smiles.

Electra, the "Hyperion Bay" babe, was at work shooting her new show for the WB network. "She was happy and giddy and sort of excited by it all," said a source familiar with the show, on which she plays the enigmatic and seductive daughter of a computer magnate.

"She had a big smile on her face."

Insiders say Rodman's handlers will convince him that his bride needs to sign a post-nuptial agreement that would spell out exactly how much, or how little, she would collect in the event of a divorce.

Carmen will probably refuse to sign the document, and then Rodman will move for an annulment on grounds that he was drunk when he said "I do," and never consummated the marriage.

"They're not together now. There's no honeymoon. They're not moving in together," said one source. "Dennis loves Carmen, and loves being with her. It's like a prize for him. But Dennis also loves headlines."

Rodman manager Dwight Manley didn't return phone calls for comment.

Insiders said he continues to maintain the marriage won't stand up because Rodman was drunk when he exchanged vows with Carmen.

The day after news of the nuptials hit the headlines, Rodman blasted Manley's interpretation, saying the marriage was fueled by love, not booze.

Carmen declined the chance to reciprocate her hubby's global declaration of love.

"She has absolutely no comment on the wedding," said her
representative.
