at what point does Wall Street start worrying about Ciscos inability to penetrate the high growth, high capital WAN switching carrier and telecom market I think the institutions are already on to this. The strength we still see in CSCO is strictly day traders with rose colored glasses, the herd mentality that follow MSFT, INTC, YHOO, AMZN, and the likes. They dont do any DD, they're just followers.
