Zax, class action attorneys don't take on cases unless they are very certain of some victory

I do not believe this.

Unless and until a real collapse in the stock price happens, the suits are without merit. Short of a de-listing, I do not see a collapse in the stock price. The KTEL volatility is that which comes with investing risk capital in internet ventures.

The company has several avenues open to it to raise capital, and avert a de-listing. Additionally, deals with internet sites and/or a resolution of the capital issues which led to the de-listing warning, upon hitting the newswires, could cause KTEL to run to incredible heights again, I've no doubt.

KTEL has that "special something" about it... the same as AMZN, AOL and YHOO.

Circle on, amigo. I'm long and not selling.
