I strongly urge that all voicing opinions about this proxy read the filing in its entirety. sec.gov
Page 19 specifically deals with the rationale for authorization of 200 million shares. This is clearly the major issue brought to our attention.

Intelligent discussion of this issue requires this factual preparation. Suggest that anyone raising questions about the meanings or interpretation of the filing should go the the co's. representative, Mr. Robert Putnam. Also please use e-m with the question and his response so that it can be posted here. If appropriate, it is appreciated by anyone in a leadership position if the question or concern raised is also accompanied by a proposed solution by the person asking the question.

This process can save an inordinate amount of time and energy and allow us all to make an informed decision.

The company is past the point of having a unique technology and skill set. It has shown them and has had them accepted by leaders in the technology world, i.e. Intel and Lucent. For all those who still doubt. The money WILL follow. We just have to decide what tools and options we want to provide to management. None of us make it if we don't make the right decision with these proposals. (I'm not saying I know what is the right decision at this point.)

Let's see what we can come up with.
