Hello all,
Would love some feedback to further my stock market education.

I've been following penny stocks for about a year now and have probably owned shares in about 40 different companies in that time. I have probably tracked another 100 or so stocks that I just never bought shares in. Since many OTCs claim to be working toward a full-NASDAQ listing--and it makes sense to me that all of these companies would want a full listing--I have noticed that only one of these 140 or so companies I have followed has made it (IAIC, which I believe made it by riding the Y2K wave). The next closest candidate to making it was DGIV which was at one point selling around $8/share but it lasted for too short a time and the stock is now around 0.70/share.

Anyway, my question is: What OTC companies this past year have made it up off of bulletin-board status? If I study these companies, perhaps I can gain some insight into what it takes (or what "signs" need to appear) for a small company to make it to the big time.

Thanks for any responses.
Regards,
Chris
