Does COHR mfr. Excimer lasers for the semi industry ? I believe it owns Lambda Physiks which does but is it a competitor to the recent hot stock Cymer whose CEO said on CNBC this morning that sales were going crazy. Can COHR step into this market and supply these lasers ?
