Update on Joint Venture Agreement

John G. Robertson, President of Teryl Resources Corp wishes to announce that pursuant to the International Diamond Syndicate joint venture agreement with Major General/Monopros Ltd, the said agreement has been terminated by Monopros. Teryl Resources Corp owns a 40% interest in the shares of International Diamond Syndicate.
