Steve,

During the runup in JULY, the RUT was around 450, and not its still under 400 slightly and we are around the same price levels in the DOW.

I need to check some of the other small/mid cap indexes like the EGI, and YTK, BTK, etc to see what levels they were at.

It is true that some of the moneys are moving into good small cap stocks, which many have noticed, but it is still just a handful of stocks.
