I sold out all of my initial AUGI position at 6 3/8 over 13 months ago. I later bought 3.3K a little later around $3.50 (sold out for a loss at $2 15/16).

At $3/8 AUGI probably has more liquidation value (maybe $1.25 or so) but probably won't attain much more than $3/4 with this incompetent management. All Augi consists of now is low margin WPEC (net earnings around 1%), IDFI (which incurred losses for the year and up to a 7.5% presence in the subsidiary of the firm (I can't remenber the name)that purchased Connectsoft.

Not much value here presently and not likely to be worth much in the future (I'm not even sure new managment could turn this around to benefit current shareholders). Tax loss may be more valuable at this point than holding out hope on AUGI (I hope for your sake and curent shareholders management comes up with one more hype campaign that will allow you to sell into strength). Sorry to be so negative in my response.
