I think the email service is a crock. He currently gives us phone updates twice a week. Charge for those is nil. He now wants to give us the same information through email (which costs him next to nothing) for $99/annum (actually higher, but we are getting the current trial at a discount). This tells me that he wants the money the telephone company is now getting, and he doesn't really want to help out his customers by adding this new "benefit". If he really wanted to help us out, he'd send us the email gratis, and save us the phone costs.
