Colleen Is that you?I just got off the phone talking to John.No news this weekend.But you guys might get lucky and see the news on Edgar Monday.John said that he believes the news should be out Monday.He said that they did their part and now is up to SEC. If I like what I will see when the news come on EDGAR,then I will be a share holder again on EDII. He also told me that there are 100 million shares and about 18 to 20 million on the float. As for the buy back program,he said the company will buy when ever the price of the stock is cheap,so they can support the stock.
