Considering all of the "other" factors that Marker has put into place to rectify their problems then I would have to say that Mother Nature will be the final determining factor for it's rebound.. If the La Nina weather predicted this winter is what we get across the country then yes my guess is that MRKR will be able to get it's head at least to water's level by the second quarter. IMHO If this company gets itself cleaned up it will become a prime target for a buy out from one of the industry's other major companies that currently do not have a binding in their quiver.. i.e. K2? or Nordica? However, if the industry as a whole is not healthy this winter and over all sales are down because there was no winter again especially in the east, then I see Marker as the lead lemming headed over the cliff into the bankruptcy abyss... I'm going to be very comfortable in waiting until early February before I look into investing into MRKR. Of course if it should drop to the $.50 level again which I feel could happen between now and then, then I may be very tempted to make a buy, but not an investment if you catch my drift...JMO..

Happy Holidays to all,

TJG
