The west coast buildout info is anecdotal. I have a client, headquartered on west coast, who sells/leases roof rights to various entities. Essentially, a wholesaler of roof space. He reports wcii is moving rapidly for roofs on the west coast. Among other things, he leases hub space, etc. Sometimes, several players on same roof. Here in New York, e.g., wcom,wcii, others (cab companies, pagers). TGNT is moving quickly in brooklyn at this time. FWIW, my guy thinks the business is a no brainer, will be huge. Best Regards. |
