Thanks. Clearer now. So the price of MALL SHOULD be made up of the price of UBID. I just keep pinching myself, just seems too easy. UBID is the #3 auction website and it's ahead of EBAY. Price of MALL on IPO day would not likely be under $30.00, IMO.
