I think we're talking on different levels, Chuzz.

You're talking--I think--about moral outrage, perceived temporary dilution, and achievable transparency.

I'm talking about keeping the company's engines running.

Well, I refuse to squabble about it. I am absolutely positively one hundred per cent convinced of the following:
(1) GAAP is as GAAP does.
(2) Options are a necessity down here.
(3) Once you grant them you can't just let them go to hell.
(4) The Helmet-Cam never worked; it was gimmicky.
