This partnership represents a significant new opportunity for Aware and the DSL industry, because it is the first standards-based solution that addresses the central office switch architecture. This partnership should be accretive to the DSL market and should not cannibalize Aware's business with ADI, whose products are largely targeted at full-rate ADSL and DSL-Lite DSLAM equipment, or Lucent and 3Com, whose products are largely targeted at customer premises modem equipment. aware.com
