Thank you for the clarification. I am old and I tend to forget. Let me remember better. We are non reporting, and we must therefore remain a "designated security".

I thought that I heard something to the contrary, but my memory is not what it used to be.

At any rate, I wish a fine Thanksgiving to all who can remember their way to the table!!
