Terrie,

I doubt if you have scoured ASK GOD, ASK JOHN GALT, the poetry area, or any one of a number of threads besides FEELINGS.

Scoured ASK GOD?? I would rather clean sewers. It is a very easy place to feel superior, if little more. I confess that I restricted my review to posts listed on your profile. This is by necessity a recent selection, but most of us would, I imagine, prefer to be judged by recent product than what was done in the distant past.

I have much better things to do than scour threads of little interest in an effort to decide whether an elephantine ego is justified. I still believe, though, that superior minds would rather demonstrate their superiority than proclaim it.

To assert that I only talk about myself is ludicrous to any of the "oldtimers" who haunt these hallowed environs.

I've had PM's from several of the oldtimers regarding this exchange; their perceptions are somewhat different from yours. I suppose they are not worthy to judge you, or something like that.

I shall give you a clue to some of what transpires -- it is a form of art.

Your definition of art is a bit less rigorous than mine, I suspect. I would rather classify what goes on here as a form of play.

At least we agree about Emile.

Steve
