Craig - you make a very good point - perhaps we should be shorting Bruss' picks!

As to exactly how he works - he does not reply to inquiries about this. Nor have I read anything along this line from the principals of the companies he promotes.

But whether he gets paid (cash or securities) and/or he manipulates the stock price is not the point. The point is, from his own statement, "We turn away over 95% of the companies that come to us so that we can truely pick the one that we feel will double to triple." So companies do "come to him", and he considers 5% of those. How do they come to him? Some sort of contact is implied. To restate my earlier point, any company that would contact Bruss and ask or suggest that he promote the stock is in my opinion suspect.
