Hi, Michelle: Betty, wasn't wearing belts when she was hit head-on in 1978, just returned from treatment in Chicago and is under sedation right now. I've sent her to hospitals in many states more than 50 times. Seatbelts would have prevented all this permanent injury to her neck. My wife is dynamic woman, owned 5 medical clinics, had more than 100 doctors working for her, ran for mayor in Atlanta, now runs a charity from our home.
