For all the doubters out there, On November 9th 1998 Motion to compel arbitration has been granted in a Federal District Court of Law. Where's your foot now Spidey? I bet it's in your mouth.

Darnitall, it just looks like I'm plain old wrong about that ... I know Spidey sometimes seems to have difficulty reading plain English, but maybe he has been operating under the same wrong assumption and just thinks he read this post from JJ.

BTW, where is JJ these days ...
