They valued MALL at a low price because the public looked at their earnings -- artificially low due to the startup losses of UBID. Take out the losses of UBID and your probably at 50 cents a share a growing. Tack on the proceeds from the 18% sale of UBID for some more cash. Take a look at MALL before UBID was formed -- a better valuation
